Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Methods
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
We ship using Japan Post or DHL, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
2. Production and Stock Availability
For custom orders or items requiring restocking, please allow 2–3 weeks for production and shipping preparation before dispatch.
3. Shipping Areas
We offer both domestic and international shipping. Some regions and countries may be excluded based on shipping availability.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout and displayed before completing your purchase.
5. Delivery Delays
Please note that delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances
6. Orders via Buyee (Proxy Purchasing Service)
We also accept orders through Buyee, an official proxy purchasing service for international customers.
When using Buyee:
- Orders are shipped to Buyee’s warehouse in Japan first.
- Buyee handles international shipping, customs procedures, and final delivery.
- International shipping fees, import duties, and additional service fees are determined by Buyee.
- Once the package arrives at Buyee’s warehouse, all international forwarding, payment, customs, delivery, and refund-related issues must be handled directly between the customer and Buyee.

7. Import Duties and Taxes
Import duties, customs clearance fees, VAT, GST, and other taxes are not included in the product price or shipping charges.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the customs authorities or the courier in the destination country.
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned because the recipient declines to pay import duties, taxes, customs fees, or fails to complete customs clearance, the order is not eligible for a refund.
