1. Returns and Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will respond promptly and arrange an appropriate solution.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to customer preference or convenience.
Except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we accept returns only if the item is unused and returned with the inner packaging seal intact (in its original packaging).
Items with opened or unsealed inner packaging are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations after order confirmation are generally not accepted.
