This cord is a three-ply twist cord (Mitsu-yori string) made of Silk or Rayon & silver thread with shiny color and good touch.
It is made by twisting a bundle of three threads brightly dyed in Nishijin, Kyoto. It is characterized by its soft texture and beautiful glossy colors.
We use two different color silk/Rayon threads and one silver thread to create a more shimmering look than three twisted strings made of silk only.
It is 3m long and can be used for various occasions, such as minimal jewelry and accessory making.
It has a gentle texture that softly wraps around the skin, ideal for accessories worn directly against it.
This twisted cord (yorihimo) is carefully and beautifully twisted cord with uniform thickness.
